Median price is the middle advertised price among the active listings that carry one, which is a more honest number than the average, because the average gets pulled around by a handful of fully loaded trims. Markup is the difference between the advertised selling price and total MSRP (sticker plus dealer-installed options). A negative markup means the vehicle is priced below sticker.
