The Venue is Hyundai's smallest and least-expensive SUV — a 1.6L gas-only subcompact, FWD only, with a starting price near $20K. It's the entry point to the Hyundai SUV lineup and competes against the Kia Soul and Nissan Kicks.
Three trims: SE, SEL, Limited. All are functionally similar; the Limited adds the leatherette seats and the upgraded audio. There's no hybrid option and no AWD.
Pricing is competitive and routinely below MSRP. The Venue is the kind of vehicle dealers are happy to discount — low margin per unit, but high volume. For first-time buyers, urban commuters, or anyone who needs basic SUV utility on the smallest possible budget, the Venue does what it sets out to do.
